- Delivery and installation details: the address and location where equipment is to be delivered or installed, directions and access information, and details of the installation site.
- Order and payment records: what you ordered, invoices, payment confirmations and receipts. We do not store full card details.
- Starlink account details: where you ask us to help with activation or subscription, the information needed for that task, such as the email address used for your Starlink account and your kit serial number.

- Website usage data: information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit and how you arrived at our site, collected through cookies and similar technologies. See our Cookie Policy.
2. How we use your information
We use personal data to:
- respond to enquiries and provide quotes;
- process orders and payments, and deliver and install equipment;
- assist with Starlink activation, subscriptions and support;
- arrange visits by our installers and keep you updated about your order;
- keep business, tax and accounting records;
- improve our website and services; and
- send you information about our services where you have agreed to receive it. You can opt out at any time.
We rely on the lawful bases set out in the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, mainly: performing a contract with you, or taking steps at your request before entering into one; complying with our legal obligations; our legitimate interests in running and improving our business, where these do not override your rights; and your consent, for example for marketing messages or non-essential cookies.
3. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where needed to provide our services or where the law requires it, with:
- members of our installer network who deliver, install or support your equipment;

Anyone we share personal data with is expected to protect it and use it only for the purpose for which we shared it.
4. International transfers
Some of our service providers, and Starlink, may process data outside Nigeria. Where this happens, we take the steps required by the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 to make sure your data remains adequately protected.
5. How long we keep it
We keep personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described above, including providing after-sales support, handling warranty matters and meeting legal, tax and accounting requirements. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
6. How we protect it
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorized access, and we limit access to the people who need it to do their work. Where you share Starlink account login details with us to complete a task, we use them only for that task, and we recommend that you change your password afterwards.
7. Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, you have the right to:
- be informed about how your personal data is used;
- request a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
