These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of zuralink.ng and to any products or services you buy from ZuraLink Limited (RC 9355178), a company registered in Nigeria, which previously traded as Starlink Installation Solutions (RC 7241420). In these terms, “ZuraLink”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean ZuraLink Limited, and “you” means the person or organization using our website or services. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Who we are
ZuraLink is an independent company that supplies Starlink equipment and provides installation, activation assistance, subscription support, networking and technical support across Nigeria. We are not owned by, affiliated with or an agent of SpaceX or Starlink. “Starlink” is a trademark of Space Exploration Technologies Corp. and is used on this website only to describe the products we supply and support.
Our offices are at 16 Oremeji Street, Computer Village, Ikeja, Lagos State, and Golf Estate Shopping Mall, 217 Peter Odili Road, Port Harcourt, Rivers State. You can reach us 24/7 on 0802 859 5303 (call or WhatsApp) or at support@zuralink.ng.
2. Quotes and prices
Prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira. Your quote or invoice sets out what is included, such as equipment, delivery, installation, cabling, mounts and networking. Because Starlink equipment prices can change, a quote is valid only for the period stated on it, or until prices change if no period is stated. Any extra work or materials not on your quote, such as additional cable, special mounts or extra networking equipment, will be agreed with you before we proceed.
3. Payment
For orders delivered in Lagos, Abuja and Port Harcourt, payment is made on delivery. For orders in all other locations, a 50% deposit is required to confirm the order, and the remaining 50% is due on completion of delivery and installation. We will confirm the accepted payment methods when you place your order. Ownership of equipment passes to you once it has been paid for in full.
4. Delivery
We offer same-day delivery in most locations. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by distance, weather, security conditions or other circumstances outside our control, and we will keep you informed if a delay occurs. Please check your kit on delivery and tell us immediately if anything is missing or visibly damaged.
5. Installation
Where you book installation, our technician will assess your site, agree the mounting position with you, install and secure the dish, route cables, set up the router and test the connection before handover. To allow us to do this, you agree to:
- obtain any permission needed to install equipment at the property, for example from a landlord, estate management or building owner;
- give our technicians safe access to the installation location, including the roof where required;
- provide a working power supply at the installation location; and
- tell us about any known hazards, restrictions or structural concerns.
Starlink performance depends on a clear view of the sky. We will advise you on the best available position, but we cannot guarantee performance where trees, buildings or other obstructions limit the view, or where you choose a position against our advice. We are not responsible for pre-existing defects in the building, roof or electrical supply.
6. Activation and subscription
Starlink internet service is provided by Starlink, not by ZuraLink, and is subject to Starlink’s own terms of service, pricing, plans and policies. We help customers activate their kits and set up or manage their subscriptions, but decisions about service availability, plans, speeds, billing and account approval are made by Starlink. If you ask us to set up or access your Starlink account on your behalf, you authorize us to do so for that purpose only, and we recommend that you change your account password once the work is complete.
7. Warranty, faults and returns
Genuine Starlink equipment is covered by Starlink’s one-year limited manufacturer warranty, subject to Starlink’s warranty terms. If you suspect a fault, contact us and we will advise you on the next steps. Warranty claims are assessed by Starlink, and ZuraLink cannot guarantee their outcome.
Because kits are activated to individual accounts, we do not normally accept returns of delivered equipment, and faulty equipment is handled under Starlink’s warranty. Any request to return an unused, unopened kit is considered case by case.
If you have a concern about our installation work, please contact us promptly. We will inspect it and put right any fault caused by our workmanship.
8. Support and maintenance
Our support team is available 24/7. Troubleshooting, relocation, repairs, replacement parts, networking and site visits outside the scope of your original order may attract additional charges, which we will confirm with you before the work is carried out.
9. Limitation of liability
We are not responsible for interruptions or reduced performance of the Starlink service, including outages, network congestion, weather, obstructions, power failures or changes made by Starlink to its service, plans or prices. To the extent permitted by Nigerian law, our total liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as loss of business, revenue or data. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Nigerian law.
10. Use of our website
The content on zuralink.ng, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to ZuraLink Limited or its licensors. You may view and share it for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not copy, republish or sell it without our written permission. Our guides and articles are provided for general information and are kept as accurate as possible, but they may not always reflect the latest Starlink plans, prices or policies. Links to other websites are provided for convenience, and we are not responsible for their content.
11. Privacy and cookies
How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. If you have a complaint, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it quickly. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page, with the date shown at the top, applies to orders placed from that date.
