Starlink on a Crane Barge: Wi-Fi in Every Cabin, Right on the River
Dish on the upper-deck railing beside the old VSAT, with Wi-Fi carried into the cabins and mess room of a working crane barge.
What we did
A working crane barge needed dependable internet for the crew living on board. We mounted the Starlink dish high on the upper deck, clear of the crane boom, and carried the connection into the accommodation so the crew could get online from their cabins.
