The short answer
No. Starlink runs no customer-care branches of its own in Nigeria, and no Nigerian Starlink phone number appears in any reliable source. Support runs through the Starlink app and starlink.com, where you open a ticket. Since April 2026 Starlink has also offered in-person help at a retail partner’s stores. Its Nigerian company is Starlink Internet Services Nigeria Ltd.
Does Starlink have an office in Lagos, Abuja or Port Harcourt?
Starlink has a registered Nigerian company, Starlink Internet Services Nigeria Ltd, but a registered office is not a customer-care desk. A report in April 2026 said Starlink’s registered offices in Nigeria were not staffed for customer support.
You may have read that Starlink opened an office in Victoria Island, Lagos. In mid-2025 the press did report a walk-in information office there, but no street address was published, and the later report above said Starlink’s Nigerian offices were not staffed for customer support. Do not plan a trip to Victoria Island to fix an account or payment problem.
We know of no Starlink office in Ikeja, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Kano or Ibadan either. Apart from the retail partner stores described below, a shop with Starlink signs outside is an independent seller or installer, like us, not Starlink itself.
How to contact Starlink customer care from Nigeria
Starlink’s own setup guides tell customers to contact Starlink Customer Support in the app or through the Support section of starlink.com. Support works by tickets, and replies arrive in your account’s messages. The steps below describe the app at the time of writing; Starlink changes its layout from time to time.
- Open the Starlink app and sign in with the account that owns the kit.
- Go to the Support tab and scroll to the bottom.
- Tap the option to contact Starlink support (worded along the lines of “Don’t see what you’re looking for? Contact Starlink support”).
- Add a subject and a clear description, and attach a photo if it helps.
- Check your account messages for the reply.
On a computer, sign in at Starlink’s support page, pick a topic and submit it the same way.
What to put in your ticket
- Your kit number or Starlink ID, so support can see the exact dish.
- What happened and when, in a few plain sentences.
- Screenshots of any error in the app, and photos of the dish, cable and router lights.
- For billing problems, your payment receipts or bank debit alerts.
Contacting Starlink without access to your account
If you cannot sign in, use the account recovery option on starlink.com’s sign-in page. In 2023, when some accounts were wrongly reset, Starlink let customers recover access through the phone number on the account, and its account-recovery form asked for the dish and router serial numbers. Keep the box label, or a photo of it, somewhere safe.
Is there a Starlink customer care number in Nigeria?
Not that any reliable source shows. The Starlink phone lines reported in the press are for other countries: US and Canadian numbers starting +1 (in 2026 the main US line was reported to be answered by an AI voice assistant), and earlier phone support in Indonesia, Ghana and Kenya. None has been reported for Nigeria, and we know of no Nigerian 0800 number. The same goes for email: Starlink support replies through your account, so treat any “Starlink support” email address posted on a random website with suspicion.
Starlink says it never asks for personal details by text, email or phone. If someone claiming to be Starlink customer care asks for your password, a sign-in code or your card details, end the conversation. Our guide to Starlink scams in Nigeria covers fake customer-care numbers and the other common tricks.
In-person Starlink help in Nigeria
On 18 April 2026 Starlink emailed Nigerian customers to say that in-person help is now available at the stores of one of its retail partners, nationwide. The support offered covers installation help, technical issues and product information. The reports we have seen do not say whether replacements or returns are handled in store, so ask before you carry a dish there. Starlink’s email pointed customers to the partner’s store locator, so check your inbox for that email.

Why people look for a Starlink office, and where each problem gets solved
| Problem | Where to go |
|---|---|
| Card payment keeps failing | Nigerian cards often fail because of bank limits on international online spending. Ask your bank to allow it, or renew through a reseller who accepts bank transfer, as we do. |
| Account verification or ID checks | Our guide to fixing Starlink account verification issues in Nigeria |
| New kit will not activate | Our Starlink setup and activation guide, or let our activation service do it |
| App says “Restricted” or “Disabled” | Our guide to why Starlink says Restricted or Disabled |
| Slow, dropping or offline | Our Starlink troubleshooting guide for Nigeria, then a ticket if it is a fault |
| Moving house, or the app says “Unexpected Location” | Update the service address in your Starlink account. Under Starlink’s standard terms, if your plan is not available at the new address you may have to switch plans or cancel; our guide to changing your Starlink service address explains the steps. |
| Faulty dish, router or cable | A ticket to Starlink. Standard and Mini kits sold outside the EU and UK carry a 12-month warranty from purchase; you describe the fault and return the part, and Starlink says it fixes confirmed failures within 30 days of receiving the claim. |
| A billing dispute Starlink will not resolve | In May 2026 the FCCPC said it was reviewing reports of sudden Starlink charges and asked affected customers to file complaints with evidence on its portal. |
What an independent installer like ZuraLink Limited can and cannot do
We are ZuraLink Limited, an independent Starlink seller and installer. We are not Starlink, not its office and not its customer-care line. Here is the honest split:
- We can sell you a genuine kit, install it, activate it, renew your subscription by bank transfer, check your dish, cable, router and power on site, set up business networks, and help you prepare a support ticket with the right details and evidence.
- We cannot issue Starlink refunds or credits, approve a warranty claim, change Starlink’s prices or plans, reopen Residential where Starlink has closed it to new customers, or overturn a decision Starlink has made on an account. Those stay with Starlink.
